Orders are delivered by apaczka.pl

Shipments are delivered by: UPS, TNT, DPD. It is possible to send an order to a so-called Service Point - please contact us by email if you choose this method of delivery.

Due to the pandemic, we currently deliver parcels only via courier companies directly to the address you specify.

The cost of delivery in Poland is currently PLN 0.

Returns:

All products purchased in the MOLTO online store can be returned or exchanged. Items must not show signs of use. In the event of a complaint, it is necessary to describe the circumstances of the destruction, the proposed method of compensation (refund or exchange for a new product). The MOLTOSTORE has 14 business days to consider the complaint.

Please send returns and complaints to the following address: MOLTO Alexandra Kaminski, ul Mickiewicza 47a, 81-866 Sopot. Each package must have a letter confirming the withdrawal from the contract. It is necessary to provide the name and surname of the ordering party, order number, reason for return, and data for the transfer of amounts due for returned goods.
